Tired of feeling sick - get with the program diet

In my 30’s I had a LOT LESS energy and got sick loads more than I have for the last few years. I’ve also gotten sick very little while so many around me get loads of illnesses and chronic problems. There’s also HUGE evidence that poor diet and lifestyle are the root cause of much mental illness and conflicts.

Over the last 10 or more years I’ve slowly evolved a formula that seems to work, most of it based on strong scientific evidence.

If you’re a bit sick of being sick and tired then why not give this a try for a month and write down how you feel now and after, you might be AMAZED

 Eat lightly steamed (or RAW) Broc every alternate day
 Eat lightly steamed (or RAW) Carrot every alternate day
 Eat lightly steamed (or RAW) various other colours of vegies every alternate day (apparently the variety of colours is a real major key to health)
 Go to bed early and get plenty of sleep (suggest a glass or 2 of red to help)
 Gentle or medium exercise for 30 to 120 mins twice a week (tho every 2nd day would be better)
 VERY LITTLE junk food
 Super Muesli with Flaxseed (natural omega 3) Linseed, Psyllium husks, oat bran, walnuts, other mixed nuts and dried fruit, LSA, then some junk muesli to improve taste
 A big range of vitamins & minerals nearly every day (suggest Usana from Lynn the Chinese massage woman, they are arguably the worlds best by about a factor of 2X to 5X)
 Omega 3,6,9. Co-Q10. Glucosamine. Garlic & Horseradish. Fish Oil (lots)
 100ml of Short Life Apple & Blackcurrant juice 50/50 with water every day or 2nd day (if can’t get then any red or blue grape or berry juice is good)
 Always open toilet doors with a paper towel or your elbows (think like a medical surgeon!)
 Let your sneezes out (don’t hold them in as they release toxins & germs from your body)
 Be very hygienic with food prep, handling, sharing
 A good air filter in your bedroom and work area (and clean the filter a few times per year)
 A variety of meat each month including some red meat once a week (tho ideally only eat meat once or twice per week and only good quality)
 Never use microwave (& never over cook vegies, light STEAM or LIGHT stir fry in olive oil is by far best)
 No frozen food or food that has been frozen
 Avoid VERY spicy food, a bit spicy is OK tho
 Avoid preserved or canned food (try to have all WHOLE foods, UNprocessed NATURAL food is a zillion times better)
 Low simple carbs (avoid sugar, fizzy drinks, cordial)
 Plenty of fat and olive oil, unboiled honey, garlic, real beetroot, ginger
 1 or 2 piece of fruit every day or 2nd day (get big variety of colours, not same thing every day)
 No coffee or caffeine after about 2pm (And herbal/green tea is much better than coffee)
 And I think Swimming is about the best exercise, but get ear plugs and goggles and do about 10 different strokes (free style, back stroke, kicking etc etc)
 Get some quality relaxation in, turn off all music, TV, noise even for 20 mins, at least a few times per week
 Avoid anti-biotics and nearly all western medicine unless you really really MUST have it
 Listen to your body & mind and the messages from any illness or ache or pain or problem
 Avoid super strenuous exercise and lifting (but do lots of gentle stretching and movement of your neck, back and upper body especially)
 Ideally be in a good relationship with plenty of “extra-curricular activities” 

There you go, if you did that for a month you’d be like a mallee bull in the spring time!
